We used SINHCAFEGHEPDOAN  travel agent to arrange our halong bay tour, every single penny was worth it. Phu (Tom Sawyer) was one of a kind, friendly, helpful, cheerful and most of all knowledgeable. We were picked up from our Hotel in Hanoi City, it was a 3 hours ride to Halong, 1 1/2 hour by the boat to the islets… lunch was served while on the boat lots of activities, cave trekking, kayaking, we even climbed the 400 small steps to the top in Ti Top Island, being relaxed on the beach. Fruits and local wine was served after all the activities. The sunset on boat going back to the mainland was amazing. Overall, wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

We had a Ha Long Bay Day Cruise Tour with SINHCAFEGHEPDOAN Travel. Long was our tour guide. He was very nice and detailed oriented. He picked us up at 7:15 am from our hotel. Long went out of his way to make sure that everyone were comfortable on the bus. The food were great on the cruise and the tour was very organized. Our favorite part of the tour was Kayaking in Ha Long Bay Cave. We also enjoyed the sunset. We definitely recommend Ha Long Bay Day Cruise with SINHCAFE. It was a one day tour but we saw everything we wanted to see.

HUNG from SINHCAFEGHEPDOAN TRAVEL at 20 hang be street.was our guide for our 21 May trip. He is very likable and looks after everyone in the group (including our driver) quietly and efficiently.

He shares insightful things about our trip, like the two sects of Buddhism, one influenced over land in 2nd century and the other over sea in 6th (or was it 4th? Oops, my bad listening skills) century. Temple in Vietnam is for Taoism, Confucianism, local diety, hero worship & the people. Pagoda is for Buddhism.

Separately, I paid a little less booking this trip through KKDay (although I had to pay extra for the electric car). I’m not sure if KKDay bookings all end up with Wati Travel, but this review is to recommend Long as a good guide, and to say this is an affordable and very enjoyable trip J

PS. HUNG got our group to be first for the buffet lunch so we got first picks of the spread, which was awesome

Nous avons voyagé la semaine dernière avec Wati Travel, lors d’une journée à la découverte de Bai Dinh- Trang An. C’est grâce aux avis Trip Advisor que nous avons choisis cette compagnie sans regret!

J’ai eu le plaisir de communiquer avec la très gentille Anna qui travail dans l’agence située dans le vieux quartier. Agréablement surprise par son niveau d’anglais qui m’a permis de communiquer avec elle sur mes inquiétudes et petites demandes personnelles sans aucun problème de compréhension. Ses petites attentions, sa gentillesse et son écoute ont égayé l’excursion avant même qu’elle n’ai commencé!

Le reste du voyage à été très agréable, le timing parfait, le guide très gentil et les activités proposées sont à la hauteur de nos attentes! Merci!
